Introducing Chef Francesco
We’re delighted to welcome Chef Francesco as our new Head Chef at The Point Revolving Restaurant. With roots in Sardinia and a background shaped by French technique, Francesco’s approach brings refined, heartfelt cooking to Hobart’s most iconic dining room.
Having led kitchens at Peppina, Mures Upper Deck, and Sydney’s Felix, his food honours tradition while adding subtle contemporary flair.
