Restaurant Group Bookings Terms and Conditions

  1.  A credit card guarantee will be required at the time of the booking confirmation.
  2.  If the group fails to arrive at the restaurant (no show), a $200 cancellation fee will be processed to the nominated credit card.
  3.  Final numbers for the group are required 24 hours prior to the dining date.
  4. A $20pp charge will apply for any reduction in final numbers on the day.
  5. Payment for the balance of the bill is to be finalised on the day. One account per table with no separate bills and can be made by cash, credit card or Federal group gift card – we do not accept cheques.
  6. Group menus and further details are available to view on our website, but are subject to change.
  7. The client is financially liable for any damage sustained, or loss incurred through their own actions or the actions of their employees, guests, invitees or contractors.
  8. Our restaurants practice Responsible Serving of Alcohol and reserve the right to refuse patrons who show signs of drunkenness. Our restaurants do not allow BYO.
  9. The restaurant reserves the right to exclude or eject any or all objectionable persons from the premises without liability.
  10. Wrest Point has dress standards in place, please refer to our Dress Code for further information.
  11. Should Wrest Point be unable to provide the facilities reserved due to circumstances beyond its control, no further claim, other than entitlement to full refund of any deposits paid, may be made. Wrest Point will endeavour to provide reasonable notice.
