This historic venue was part of the original Riviera Hotel at Wrest Point and later Hobart’s legendary Regines nightclub. Today it has been beautifully refurbished to suit a new era of modern events.

Accessibility
The Portlight Bar is located in Wrest Point Riviera building, which can be entered through the main entrance (lower level) to the right of our Wrest Point tower revolving door, then accessed by stairs or elevator. For level access the Portlight Bar, enter through the back entrance near the Waters Edge rooms.
