Hobart is preparing to host one of the biggest and most entertaining charity events on the 2026 calendar, with the launch of the inaugural Hobart Biggest Ever Blokes Lunch (BEBL).
Set to become a signature annual event for Tasmania, the luncheon will bring together community leaders, sporting personalities, business owners, mates, and families for an unforgettable afternoon dedicated to raising awareness and vital funds for prostate cancer research and men’s health initiatives.
Headlining the event will be Olympic Gold Medallist Steven Bradbury, who will share his iconic “last man standing” story that captured the hearts of Australians around the world. Comedian Lawrence Mooney will have you laughing all the way through his performance. Additional high-profile guests will talk and Triple M’s Kaz McMullen will be MC.
Guests can look forward to a premium luncheon experience featuring live entertainment, auctions, raffles, guest speakers, and plenty of laughs – all while supporting an important cause that impacts thousands of Australian men every year.
The Biggest Ever Blokes Lunch aims to shine a spotlight on prostate cancer awareness, encourage early detection through regular PSA testing, and raise significant funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia (PCFA), specialist prostate cancer nurses, and local men’s health initiatives.
