Indulge in a refined four-course menu inspired by French culinary traditions and crafted with the finest seasonal Tasmanian produce. Begin with a delicate involtini, followed by entrées like Tasmanian scallops with smoked almond and chilli, and kingfish crudo with miso and finger lime.
For mains, savour slow-cooked beef short ribs with potato gratin and rosemary jus, before refreshing your palate with a blood orange sorbet. End the evening on a sweet note with a chocolate & chilli tart and The Point’s signature coffee chocolate parfait cup, served with tea and coffee.
