Competition Terms and Conditions:

The Prize:

The prize is as follows:

  • One (1) night accommodation in a Wrest Point Harbour View Suite inclusive of breakfast for two.

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable. The prize is subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. The prize is valid until 30/03/2022 and cannot be used between 22/12/21 to 03/01/2022 inclusive and 10/03/22 to 11/03/22 inclusive.

 

How to enter:

To enter, entrants must, during the promotional period:

  • Post an original photo with the Point to Pinnacle photo frame on their Facebook or Instagram account and tag @wrestpoint and @pointtopinnacle and use #P2P21

Terms of entry:

  1. The Promoter is Australian National Hotels Pty Ltd trading as Wrest Point (ABN 79 009 477 552).
  2. The promotion and entry period is Sunday, 21 November 2021.
  3. Entry is via Facebook and Instagram only.
  4. The competition is open to anyone attending the Point to Pinnacle on Sunday, 21 November 2021.
  5. By entering this competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. Entrants acknowledge that the Promoter may use their entry in any manner the Promoter sees fit including in the winner’s announcement post.
  7. The winner agrees to the use of their name (as it appears on social media) and their competition entry image in any publicity material.
  8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for any reason.
  9. The winner will be chosen by Wrest Point’s promotion team. The decision will be final and will not be negotiated.
  10. The winner will be contacted on Facebook or Instagram within 7 days of the competition ending. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  11. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Tasmanian law.
